The Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corp. approved a Flex Pace loan Monday for the Nick Bruns Agency for the renovation of a building on First Avenue in Jamestown.

The Flex Pace program utilizes a loan from the JSDC and a grant from the Bank of North Dakota to reduce the interest rate of a loan for new or expanding businesses.

Stutsman County and the city of Jamestown provided a combined $250,000 to the JSDC to operate the Flex Pace program in 2020. The city and county are repaid the at the end of the incentive period when the business repays the local portion of the program.
