The Jamestown/Stutsman Development Corp. approved a Flex Pace loan for T & K Early Intervention during its regular meeting Monday. The Flex Pace program provides a loan from the JSDC with a grant from the Bank of North Dakota to provide an interest reduction for a new or expanding business.
T & K Early Interventions provides speech, language and swallowing issue evaluation and treatment services in Jamestown. The proceeds of the loan will be used to purchase the building it currently occupies.
In other business, the JSDC approved an emergency disaster plan for it and the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce. The two agencies share a building in Jamestown. The JSDC Board of Directors also approved revisions to its personnel policy.
