The Financial Aid Office at Valley City (N.D.) State University has announced that Vanessa Grabinger has been awarded the Charlotte Van Houten Scholarship by the Division of Business and Information Technology for the 2007-2008 academic year.
Grabinger is a junior pursuing a major in business administration. She is the daughter of Timothy and Jolene Grabinger of Jamestown.
