HARWOOD, N.D. (AP) -- Cass County authorities are investigating a rash of graffiti vandalism in Harwood.
The sheriff's office says the vandals targeted City Hall, a home, multiple street signs and numerous vehicles including school buses over the weekend in the town of about 600 people north of Fargo.
The graffiti included racial sayings, swastikas and anarchy symbols, but authorities believe they are dealing with random acts of vandalism and not hate crimes. No suspects were immediately identified.
