High-risk sex offender changes address in Jamestown

The Jamestown Police Department has announced that a convicted high-risk sex offender has changed his address in Jamestown.

Brian Keith Sternberg, 54, is living at 1530 6th Ave. SW, No. 39, the Buffalo Motel, room 39. He owns a blue 1992 Ford F-150 with a North Dakota notary sticker.

Sternberg was assigned a high-risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General. He was convicted of corrupt/solicitation of a minor in 1992 in Cass County District Court and child abuse and continuous sexual abuse of a child in 2000 in Cass County District.
