Intersection closure planned for northeast Jamestown

An intersection in northeast Jamestown could be closed for two days until construction work is completed.

Road work will require the closure of an intersection in northeast Jamestown for two days this week, according to the Jamestown engineer's office.

The closure is planned for the intersection of 7th Avenue and 3rd Street Northeast and will begin at about 7 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 7, and continue until the work is done at approximately 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 8.

The work schedule is contingent on weather conditions. Motorists are asked to use caution or alternative routes in the area.
