The Jamestown College Department of Music will open the 2011-12 performance season with the Homecoming Concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday, featuring the Wind Ensemble and choirs. The concert is free and open to the public.
A pre-concert reception will take place at 7 p.m. in the Reiland Fine Arts Center Lobby.
Under the direction of Benjamin Schneider, the Wind Ensemble will begin the concert in the Reiland Fine Arts Center's DeNault Auditorium.
The concert will then move to Voorhees Chapel where the choirs will perform under the direction of Aaron McDermid.
