Jamestown Fire Department dispatched to natural gas leak call

JAMESTOWN - The Jamestown Fire Department was dispatched to McElroy Park at 4:06 p.m. Tuesday, March 7, for a report of a natural gas leak, said Lt. Sheldon Mohr. The call was canceled when firefighters were en route; Montana Dakota Utilities had secured the natural gas leak, he said.

Twenty-four firefighters and one truck responded to the call.
