A Jamestown woman plead guilty Friday to charges of gross sexual imposition, a Class A felony, and abuse of a child, a Class B felony, in Southeast District Court in Jamestown.
Hailey Nichole Tardif, 21, 711 10th St. NE, No. 305, entered the pleas before Judge John Greenwood.
Tardif was accused of engaging in a sexual act with a minor under the age of 15 and willfully inflicting mental injury or bodily injury on a child under the age of 6 between Feb. 1, 2016, and July 19, 2016.
Greenwood ordered a presentence investigation and set a May 10 tentative date for sentencing. Tardiff remains in custody on a $10,000 cash bond.

A Class A felony is punishable by 20 years in prison and a $20,000 fine. A Class B felony is punishable by 10 years in prison and a $20,000 fine.
