Good weather is causing a lot fewer issues during the 43rd annual Runnin’ O’ the Green Saturday, March 19, in Jamestown, according to Scott Edinger, Jamestown chief of police.
“Everyone is in a good mood,” he said. “They aren’t stacked up on top of each other trapped in a bar. Things usually go a lot smoother when the weather is like this.”
The annual pub crawl began at 2 p.m. at Frontier Fort and includes 10 stops at local bars and clubs.
Edinger said there were a few open container arrests, which is pretty typical.
