Local law enforcement personnel and employees with the James River Correctional Center and Stutsman County Parole and Probation participate in the Law Enforcement Torch Run from Jamestown to Valley City Friday, June 24, at the Bloom exit on Interstate 94. The Law Enforcement Torch Run raises money and awareness for Special Olympics North Dakota and the State Summer Games.
