The bill, heard Monday before the Senate Judiciary Committee, was brought in response to a rising number of overdose deaths caused by fentanyl.
On Monday, Aug. 1, Jamestown crews will be mosquito fogging in McElroy Park, according to the Street Department. City crews will begin at approximately 10:30 p.m. and continue until finished.
Parents are asked to keep children out of the streets and away from the fogging machines.
Motorists should use caution in the area.
