Starting at 9 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 20, a temporary water outage and road closure are planned on 16th Avenue Northeast between 2nd Place through 4th Street Northeast. The outage and closure are due to emergency utility repairs.
"It is time for the government to run our presidential nominating elections, not the political parties," columnist Jim Shaw writes. "That means holding primaries."
This closure is expected to last until the work is finished.
For questions regarding the water outage, call the City Water Plant at 701-252-5131.
Motorists are asked to use caution in the area and alternate routes if
possible.
