Madison Motschenbacher of Jamestown was recently named a P.E.O. Star Scholarship recipient for the 2021-2022 academic year. She was one of nine young women in the state to earn the prestigious $2,500 award from a field of 30 applicants.
The scholarship recognizes exceptional high school graduating women who are pursuing a postsecondary degree.
Motschenbacher was nominated by P.E.O. Chapter AB in Jamestown and is the chapter’s second recipient of the competitive award. P.E.O. is a philanthropic organization dedicated to advancing education for women of all ages. To learn more about scholarship opportunities, go to peointernational.org.
