DICKINSON, N.D. (AP) -- A man has been arrested on sex abuse charges more than 20 years after the alleged crimes happened.
Jason Klein, 34, of Dickinson, is charged with eight counts of gross sexual imposition. He was arrested on Tuesday.
Klein is accused of having sex with two girls between 1986 and 1991. Klein was 13 and the victims were 4 and 5 when the alleged crimes began, police said.
Dahlen said the victims reported the incidents to police in 2006.
