A Lisbon, N.D., man has died from injuries suffered in an all-terrain vehicle accident near Sheldon, N.D., on July 14.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, Daniel Mark Anderson, 33, was driving a 2006 Suzuki ATV south on Ransom County Highway 59 at about 9:20 p.m. when, about half a mile north of Sheldon, he lost control. The ATV rolled over and Anderson was thrown off. He was transported by Life Flight to Merit Care Hospital in Fargo and died of his injuries there on July 15.
Anderson was not wearing a helmet, the Patrol said, and the accident was alcohol related.
