The North Dakota Highway Patrol identified the man killed in a crash Tuesday in McKenzie County.
The patrol identified William Reagan of Sandy Hook, Miss., 41, as the driver oa 2004 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck who was killed. The patrol said Reagan was driving the truck east on 41st Street Northwest, 15 miles west of Watford City. Reagan came over a hill, the truck hit a snow-packed and icy stretch of the road. The truck slid into a ditch, struck a barbed wire fence and rolled. Reagan was not wearing a seat belt and was ejected from the truck. The patrol said he died at the scene. The time of the crash is unknown.
