The North Dakota Highway Patrol has identified the 32-yearold Belfield, N.D., man killed in a single-vehicle rollover crash Wednesday at 8:25 p.m. near South Heart, N.D.
Justin Weigum was driving a 2004 Chevrolet Suburban east on 45th Street Southwest, 12 miles southwest of South Heart, and failed to make a curve in the road. The Chevrolet went into the south ditch and rolled several times. The patrol said Weigum wasn’t wearing a seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene.
The patrol is investigating the crash.
The Stark County and Billings County Sheriff’s Offices, Belfield Police Department and Belfield Ambulance Service also responded to the scene.
