A Medina, N.D., woman was charged after she was accused of stealing more than $13,000 from a local agency, according to the Jamestown Police Department.
Julie Ann Hofmann, 48, Medina, was accused of embezzling $13,431 from the Stutsman County Soil Conservation District between 2008 and 2009.
Theft of property is a Class B felony.
A Class B felony is punishable by a maximum of 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
