MINOT (AP) -- A man was taken into custody after a shooting incident in a mobile home court here.
The 23-year-old man was arrested Saturday on a simple assault domestic violence charge, along with a drug paraphernalia charge, police said.
The man allegedly fired a handgun into the ceiling of a home during an argument with a 21-year-old woman. The bullet did not hit anyone, but the woman suffered some injuries during the argument, authorities said.
The relationship between the man and woman was not immediately released.
