Mules aid Maah Daah Hey Trail project

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- Officials with the Dakota Prairie Grasslands are resurfacing the Maah Daah Hey Trail this week, and they're getting some help from pack mules.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- Officials with the Dakota Prairie Grasslands are resurfacing the Maah Daah Hey Trail this week, and they're getting some help from pack mules.

The Rocky Mountain Regional Pack String is a Colorado-based division of the U.S. Forest Service.

Its mules will be used to haul gravel into areas where motorized vehicles could be detrimental to the environment.
