N.D. father accused of murder pleads guilty

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- A Bismarck man accused of shaking to death his infant son has pleaded guilty to murder and faces up to life in prison. Twenty-year-old Aarin Cratty earlier had pleaded not guilty in the October death of 3-month-old Hank Cratty.

BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- A Bismarck man accused of shaking to death his infant son has pleaded guilty to murder and faces up to life in prison.

Twenty-year-old Aarin Cratty earlier had pleaded not guilty in the October death of 3-month-old Hank Cratty. He changed his plea Tuesday and will be sentenced later.

Court documents say Cratty told police he shook the baby because he wouldn't stop crying and the boy's head struck his knee.
