BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- The state Health Department says flu clinics being set up around North Dakota are making strides toward vaccinating people considered at-risk for the flu.
Immunization surveillance coordinator Abbey Pierce says about 73,000 doses of swine flu vaccine have been shipped out to health care providers around the state.
Pierce says the arrival of the vaccine started slowly but shipments continue to get larger. She says at some point, everyone who wants vaccine will be able to get it, but officials don't know when that will be.
People can check the Health Department's flu Web site, at www.ndflu.com , to find the vaccination clinic closest to them.
There have been about 2,500 confirmed cases of the flu in North Dakota this season.
