FARGO (AP) -- A Fargo man has been sentenced to prison time for having sexual contact with an 11-year-old girl.
Forty-three-year-old Qui Van Le was given a 10-year sentence, with nine years suspended, for one count of gross sexual imposition. He earlier pleaded guilty to the charge.
Le was arrested in January after the girl reported the sexual contact to a school employee.
