OXBOW, N.D. (AP) -- The state will pay 60 percent of the $500,000 project. The Southeast Cass Water District will pay $80,000, plus seven years' interest.
The town must come up with the rest, and local officials are considering how to do that. One option is to sell some of the town's sewer lines to Fargo.
