N.D. Highway 18 is closed from County Road 55 to the Canadian border near Neche due to water over the roadway, according to the North Dakota Department of Transportation and the North Dakota Highway Patrol.
The announcement was released at 5:25 a.m. Motorists must use an alternate route and are encouraged to check road conditions before traveling due torapidly changing conditions.
