GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) -- A North Dakota man accused of having more than 160 images and videos of child pornography on his computer has been sentenced to 6 ½ years in prison.
Thirty-three-year-old Richard Waldo Jr. of Grand Forks pleaded guilty in August to charges of receiving and possessing materials involving the sexual exploitation of minors.
U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon says the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has identified at least 38 victims in the case.
Waldo will be on supervised release for 10 years following his prison term.
