FARGO, N.D. (AP) -- The sugar beet and soybean harvests in North Dakota are just about wrapped up, thanks to another week of favorable weather.

The Agriculture Department also says in its latest crop and weather report that 35 percent of the sunflowers and 71 percent of the corn crop are in the bin -- like sugar beets and soybeans ahead of the average pace.

Topsoil and subsoil moisture supplies continue to be rated mostly adequate to surplus, along with stockwater supplies. Pasture and range conditions in North Dakota are rated 60 percent good to excellent.
