The Anne Carlsen Center has hired Chad Netolicky as a human resource generalist at its Jamestown location.

Netolicky works in the human resource department and supports the organization in benefits, training, recruiting, onboarding and support for management and staff.

Netolicky previously worked for 16 years at the James River Correctional Center as a correctional officer, case worker, human relations counselor and case manager. He also worked at Cavendish Farms as a shift manager.

He has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and English and is working toward his Master of Business Administration.
