JAMESTOWN -- A West Fargo man has pleaded not guilty to charges that he sexually assaulted an 11-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl last year.
Matthew Derek Kriedeman was charged in Southeast District Court, in Stutsman County, with two counts of felony gross sexual imposition. Each count carries a potential life sentence.
The criminal complaint does not list details about the allegations, beyond stating that between August and December of 2014, Kriedeman sexually assaulted the victims.
Kriedeman is out of custody on a promise to appear at all court appearances.
