MINOT, N.D. (AP) -- A man accused of killing a Minot woman in a case that involved the slaying of four people has pleaded not guilty to murder.

Nineteen-year-old Sabrina Zephier's body was found in an apartment on Jan. 28, the same day her mother, brother, and mother's boyfriend were found dead in a nearby mobile home.

Twenty-seven-year-old Omar Kalmio is charged only in the death of Sabrina Zephier, with whom he had a child. The infant was found alive in the apartment.

Police have made no arrests in the deaths of Sabrina Zephier's mother, 38-year-old Jolene Zephier; the mother's boyfriend, 22-year-old Jeremy Longie; and Sabrina Zephier's 13-year-old brother, Dillon.

Kalmio is a Somali national who says he's in the country under political asylum. The Zephiers were members of South Dakota's Yankton Sioux Tribe.
