The Jamestown Police Department charged one person with criminal mischief in response to vandalism on First Avenue South in Jamestown Sunday.
Kelsie Michelle Robinson, 20, Kensal, North Dakota, was issued a summons to appear in Jamestown Municipal Court on the charge.
Robinson and a male individual were allegedly observed spray painting on the wall of a business in the 200 block of First Avenue South at about 2 p.m. Sunday. Reports indicated they were carrying a baseball bat and pushing a shopping cart full of bricks at the time.
Jamestown Police Department officers located the individuals about two blocks north of the scene. Robinson was cited while the male individual was identified, questioned and released.
The incident remains under investigation.
