Jamestown Parks and Recreation will host an open house Thursday, Dec. 16, to honor Director Doug Hogan and to thank him for his 37 years of service to the community.
The open house will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday at the Bunker, 1520 Third St. SE .
