DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (AP) -- Ramsey County prosecutor Lonnie Olson says he has reached a plea deal in the case against a cell phone refurbishing company that once operated in Devils Lake.

Olson said Quality One Wireless LLC has agreed to plead guilty to a misdemeanor charge of making a false statement. Two felony charges will be dismissed and Quality One will pay $2,300 in fines and court fees.

Prosecutors said the Orlando, Fla., company billed the city for more than $165,000 worth of equipment that never was used in Devils Lake. City attorney Tom Traynor said the company has repaid the city.

Quality One operated in Devils Lake for about a year before closing in January 2008.
