ROLLA, N.D. (AP) -- The North Dakota Public Service Commission is taking comments on a Rolette County wind project that would include 56 turbines.
Sequoia Energy of Winnipeg is proposing the Border Wind Farm north of Rolla.
Public Service Commissioner Brian Kalk says the commission will consider whether the company has met the requirements in choosing the site, and where the wind turbines will be placed.
Kalk said the project would generate 150 megawatts of electricity. He said the PSC could make a decision in about a month.
