Rieger
Correctional Officer Dale Rieger was chosen as employee of the month of December for the James River Correctional Center.
H i s s u p e r v i s o r said Rieger is instrumental in t r a i n i n g new staff. He has stayed late on numerous occasions when needed and usually volunteers before asked. Reiger is also willing to help with activities outside of work. CO Rieger has a great sense of humor and keeps himself and others positive by his cheery disposition.
Reiger received the award due to his team player attitude and contributions to the JRCC.
