Road closure to begin Dec. 5 in northwest Jamestown

Motorists should take alternate routes if possible.

A road closure will begin Monday, Dec. 5, in northwest Jamestown, according to the city engineer's office.

The planned road closure will be on 3rd Street Northwest between 1st Avenue North and 2nd Avenue Northwest. The closure will begin at 7 a.m. on Monday and continue until finished on Tuesday, Dec. 13.

A detour will be put in place.

Motorists should take alternate routes if possible.
