A Solen, N.D., man died Wednesday after a rollover on N.D. Highway 6 in Morton County, according to the North Dakota Highway Patrol.

The patrol said Charles Meyer, 42, Solen, was driving a 2004 Chevrolet pickup early Wednesday south on N.D. Highway 6 about one mile south of St. Anthony, N.D. At about 2 a.m., he crossed the northbound lane onto the east shoulder. He overcorrected to the right, and then again to the left, before entering the east ditch and rolling one full rotation. The truck came to rest on its wheels in the ditch.

Meyer was killed at the scene, the patrol said. He had been wearing a seat belt.

The crash is still under investigation.
