Shannon Rowell and Larry Elton II, both Jamestown, announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Parents of the couple are Dennis and Bonnie Rowell, Valley City, N.D., and Larry Elton and Penny Huebner, both Jamestown.
Rowell is employed by Central Dakota Village, James-town, as a certified nurse assistant.
Elton is employed by Agramax, Jamestown.
An Aug. 11 wedding is planned at Lakeview Meadow Cabins, Jamestown.
