FARGO (AP) -- Dakotas-based Sanford Health and Broadway Medical Center in Minnesota are talking about a possible merger.
The Forum newspaper reported that Broadway Medical Center has clinics in Alexandria and Parkers Prairie. Sanford Health is headquartered in Fargo, N.D., and Sioux Falls, S.D., and bills itself as the nation's largest not-for-profit health care provider, with a presence in more than 100 communities in eight states.
Sanford earlier this month announced it was in merger talks with Clearwater Health Services, which includes facilities in Bagley and Clearbrook and an ambulance
