A convicted high-risk sex offender has changed his address in Jamestown, according to the Jamestown Police Department.

Timothy Alan Taxis, 58, lives at 500 5th Ave. SE. He drives a gray 1997 Buick LeSabre with North Dakota license 443BPE.
