Sex offender moves to Jamestown

The Jamestown Police Department has announced that a convicted high-risk sex offender has moved to Jamestown.

Jeffrey Keith Wolff, 44, lives at 414 4th St. NE No. 1. He drives a white 2006 Chevrolet Impala with North Dakota license plate 475DID and a tan 2006 Chevrolet Impala with North Dakota license plate 396DNP.

Wolff was assigned a high-risk assessment by the North Dakota risk level committee, Office of the Attorney General.

He is on GPS monitoring and on probation with North Dakota Parole and Probation.

Wolff was convicted in 1996 in Cass County District Court of gross sexual imposition involving a 13-year-old girl. He was also convicted in 1993 in Ramsey County Juvenile Court of sexual assault involving a 14-year-old girl.
