City crews will begin snow at 11 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 27, in the downtown business district, according to the city street department.
All vehicles should be removed from the downtown streets, avenues and alleyways.
The above schedule is contingent upon changing weather conditions, snow accumulation totals and blowing and drifting snow.
City Ordinance Section 25-10 requires property owners to keep the sidewalk adjoining their property clear of snow and ice. Depositing snow or ice on city streets after a city plow has cleared the street is a class B misdemeanor and will result in a fine.
