STEER barbecue set in Bismarck

At 5:30 p.m. July 21, Homespun gospel from the Fargo-Moorhead area will present a program at the annual beef barbecue sponsored by STEER Inc. Doug Folden, a member of Homespun Gospel and the son of STEER's founder, will share early memories of STEER.

At 5:30 p.m. July 21, Homespun gospel from the Fargo-Moorhead area will present a program at the annual beef barbecue sponsored by STEER Inc. Doug Folden, a member of Homespun Gospel and the son of STEER's founder, will share early memories of STEER. A freewill offering will be received for the barbecue and the ministry of STEER Inc.

STEER Inc. is a nonprofit organization designed to channel funds to missions. Funds generated through the STEER program are used for individual missionary support, world relief, medical needs, Christian radio, literature, aviation and education facilities overseas. STEER Inc. has channeled more than $13.3 million to missions since the program began in 1957.

The public is invited to attend the barbecue at the First Evangelical Free Church, 205 43rd Ave., Bismarck.
