Stutsman County has 30 new cases of coronavirus

Stutsman County has 30 new cases of coronavirus, according to information released Saturday, Oct. 24, from the North Dakota Department of Health. Three are 128 active cases in the county.

The North Dakota Department of Health also reported the state had eight deaths related to COVID-19 in four counties. They include a man in his 60s from Grand Forks County, a man in his 70s from Pierce County and a woman in her 60s from Williams County. There were also five deaths reported in Ward County: three men, two in their 80s and one in his 90s, and two women, one in her 90s and one in her 70s.

There have been 448 deaths in the state related to COVID-19 since the pandemic began.

Other counties in the Jamestown region reporting cases were Wells, 20; Dickey, 13; Barnes, eight; Eddy, Griggs, Kidder, LaMoure, three; Foster, two; and Logan, one. A total of 936 positive cases were reported in the state from the previous day.

The state has had a total of 6,310 active cases.
