Stutsman County held its 2016 awards banquet on Jan. 27 at the Knights of Columbus in Jamestown.
County employees were recognized for their years of service, and retirees were honored.
The 2016 retirees are:
• Linda Chadduck, recorder's office, 37 years
• Linda Ebel, social services, 41 years

• Dennis Lorenz, park board, 40 years
• Bernie Trzpuc, road department, 18 years
County employees who were recognized for years of service are:
• 40 years: Keith Hess, sheriff's office, and Dennis Lorenz, park board
• 35 years: Barb Hopewell, social services
• 25 years: Ron Koble, road department
• 20 years: Robin Harrington, road department; Julie Swangler, state's attorney's office; Wendy Thompson, Law Enforcement Center, and Lorisa Zerr, communications.
