BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- Two of the three men involved in an armored car heist in Bismarck have been sentenced.
Twenty-year-old Matthew Fiechtner of Bismarck and 26-year-old Nathan Tuenge of Mandan earlier pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit bank larceny. U.S. Attorney Timothy Purdon says Fiechtner got three years of probation, including up to a year at a halfway house, and Tuenge was sentenced to a year and a day in federal prison to be followed by three years of supervised release.
Twenty-three-year-old Michael Link of Bismarck is to be sentenced Dec. 12. He pleaded guilty earlier to bank larceny. Restitution for all three defendants will be determined after Link's sentencing.
Authorities say Link worked for Alpha 6 Inc. and was driving the truck that Fiechtner and Tuenge took money from in February 2010.
