GRAND FORKS - Two juveniles have been charged with terrorizing in connection with a March 24 telephone threat to shoot students at Grand Forks Central High School.
The call, which was received by the Grand Forks Police Department, came from a person who threatened to shoot students the next morning.
Additional officers were assigned to the school the next day. Police determined the incident likely was a hoax.
Two 15-year-old Grand Forks residents have been charged in juvenile court with making a false report to law enforcement and conspiracy to commit terrorizing for the Central High School threat, as well as several other hoax emergency phone calls, a news release said.
