BISMARCK, N.D. (AP) -- A third man has admitted his role in a North Dakota armored car heist.

Michael Link pleaded guilty in federal court earlier this week to conspiracy to commit bank larceny. Link, Matthew Feichtner and Nathan Tuenge are accused of stealing $330,000 from an armored car in Bismarck.

The incident happened in February 2010. Authorities say the 23-year-old Link was employed by Alpha 6, Inc., which provided armored car services to transport money for U.S. Bank in Bismarck. He allegedly provided a key to the Alpha 6 van.

The 20-year-old Feichtner and 26-year-old Tuenge pleaded guilty to bank larceny in December. They are scheduled to be sentenced on Oct. 17. Sentencing for Link is Dec. 12.

The charge carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.
