DICKINSON, N.D. - Three people were injured in a rollover on Interstate 94 westbound in Stark County Tuesday morning.

A child in a car seat was not injured.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol responded to the rollover accident at about 6:20 a.m., according to a news release.

Ralph Fegel, 76, Pony, Mont., was driving a van westward when he lost control, went into the median and came back up on the road continuing west. He then entered the north ditch and the van rolled one and a half times, coming to rest on its left side and facing south, according to the release.

Fegel, along with Judy Fegel, 67 of Pony, Mont., and Kellie Wierzba, 46, Pound, Wis., were injured and transported to St. Joseph's Hospital in Dickinson. Ralph and Judy Fegel were wearing seatbelts and Wierzba was not. A 5-year-old in a car seat was not injured.

Ralph Fegel was cited for care required, according to the release.
